Our group brings together Product, Design, Engineering, Data and AI, Delivery and Growth capabilities across operating companies.\nAs Apadmi scales, Product is becoming one coherent group capability: shared standards, careers, methods and investment, applied with meaningful authority close to clients and teams.\nYou might also know us as the organizers of Fluttered Meetup.\nYou will be:\nYou will build an end-to-end product: a mobile application and a backend-as-a-service based on the Firebase platform,\n\nProgramming, being responsible for the mobile (Flutter) side of our applications,\n\nCooperating closely in experienced Agile teams that include Product Owners, QAs, Web and Mobile (Flutter, iOS, Android) Developers, Designers,\n\n Working with CI/CD pipelines (using Codemagic) and adjusting them to project needs,\n\nCommunicating directly with the Clients, suggesting technical solutions that work for the business,\n\nMentoring and supporting other developers by sharing knowledge, conducting code reviews, and promoting best practices,\n\nTaking part in defining and improving development processes,\n\nEvaluating new technologies and keeping up with current industry best practices.\n\nRequirements – we want you if you have:\nAt least 3+ years of commercial experience in Flutter (previous experience in native development, iOS, Android or Kotlin Multiplatform, is also highly appreciated),\n\nCommercial experience with NoSQL databases, Firebase Firestone, Security Rules,\n\nAbility to build Firebase Cloud Functions using TypeScript,\n\nVery good knowledge of Dart (in-depth understanding, so you feel fluent in this programming language),\n\nExperience in writing tests (you know your way around Flutter’s test libraries and can tell the difference between unit, integration and a golden test),\n\nExperience working in an Agile environment,\n\nAnalytical and problem-solving approach,\n\nGreat communication skills, also in direct communication with clients, and openness to give and receive feedback,\n\nFluent command of written and spoken English and Polish (at least B2/C1 level).\n\nWhat would additionally impress us:\nActive contribution to the Flutter community.\n\nRecruitment process:\nSubmit an application form – it’s the best way for us to get to know you!\n\nAnswer a few questions during an initial hangouts call with our Mobile Team – max. 30 m.\n\nJoin a remote interview (soft and technical part – pair programming) with Mobile Team, and Talent Acquisition Specialist – up to 1,5 h.\n\nWelcome aboard!\n\nSounds interesting?
