Our group brings together Product, Design, Engineering, Data and AI, Delivery and Growth capabilities across operating companies.\nAs Apadmi scales, Product is becoming one coherent group capability: shared standards, careers, methods and investment, applied with meaningful authority close to clients and teams.\nYou will be:\nDeveloping native mobile applications for Android and iOS using shared Kotlin Multiplatform code,\n\nWorking with both Kotlin and Swift codebases,\n\nDelivering entire features, including UI, state management, business logic, and backend communication,\n\nWriting automated tests and working with the CI/CD process,\n\nShaping the application architecture, and ensuring high code quality,\n\nContacting with clients, product owners, and business analysts,\n\nCollaborating with developers and QA engineers in Agile teams,\n\nMentoring and supporting other developers by sharing knowledge, conducting code reviews, and promoting best practices in Kotlin Multiplatform development.\n\nRequirements – we want you if you have:\n3+ years of experience as a Mobile Developer,\n\nCommercial experience with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP),\n\nKnowledge of Kotlin and Swift languages,\n\nKnowledge of design patterns used in mobile applications,\n\nExperience working with MVVM or MVI architecture,\n\nProficiency in UI frameworks: SwiftUI, Jetpack Compose, and UIKit,\n\nExperience with Dependency Injection,\n\nAbility to implement HTTP communication using Ktor Client,\n\nAbility to work with asynchronous code using Kotlin Coroutines and Swift Concurrency,\n\nSkills in writing automated tests,\n\nAbility to write clean, simple, and testable code,\n\nKnowledge of Google-recommended app architecture or Clean Architecture,\n\nExperience working with multi-module applications,\n\nGreat communication and time-management skills,\n\nFluent communicaton in English and Polish, written and spoken (minimum B2 level).\n\nWhat would additionally impress us:\nKnowledge of Compose Multiplatform,\n\nAbility to manage dependencies using Koin library,\n\nExperience in working with Git submodules, KMMBridge or Monorepos.\n\nRecruitment process:\nSubmit an application form – it’s the best way for us to get to know you!\nKeep in mind it’s a recruitment for future projects – so our recruitment process and communication timelines may be longer than usual.
