Working closely with the Resourcing & Logistics Lead, you'll support training coordination, contractor onboarding, compliance administration, travel arrangements, and mobilisation activities across the business.\nKey Responsibilities\nCoordinate and monitor contractor training, certification and competency requirements.\nArrange training courses and refresher training with external providers.\nMaintain accurate training, competency and compliance records.\nSupport recruitment campaigns, including issuing trade tests and verifying technical certifications.\nAssist with contractor onboarding, Right to Work checks and contractual administration.\nCoordinate travel and accommodation requirements for site-based personnel.\nMaintain accurate contractor records and personnel files.\nSupport mobilisation activities and liaise with site personnel regarding crew changes.\nAssist with audits, tenders and compliance activities.\nProvide general administrative support to the Resourcing & Logistics function.\nAbout You\nTo be successful in this role, you'll be highly organised, detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nYou will ideally have:\nPrevious experience in an administration, logistics, training, compliance or recruitment support role.\nExcellent organisational and time management skills.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nA proactive approach and willingness to learn.\nHigh levels of accuracy and attention to detail.\nStrong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.\nExperience
