We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to support the General Manager in delivering safe, efficient, and customer-focused warehouse operations. The successful candidate will oversee daily warehouse activities, maintain inventory accuracy, support continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure excellent service delivery to both internal and external customers.\nKey Responsibilities\nCoordinate the receipt, storage, picking, and dispatch of goods.\nManage inventory control, cycle counts, stock discrepancies, and reporting.\nInvestigate errors and implement corrective actions to improve warehouse performance.\nGenerate and review operational reports, including cycle counts and quarantined stock.\nSupport warehouse operations, including providing cover for the Warehouse Operative when required.\nManage third-party couriers, freight forwarders, and equipment maintenance schedules.\nMonitor overtime, holiday, and absence requests in line with operational needs.\nMaintain warehouse housekeeping, safety, and stock of consumable materials.\nAssist with internal and external audits.\nIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service levels.\nHSEQ Responsibilities\nComply with all company policies, procedures, and management systems.\nPromote a safe working environment and complete all required HSE training.\nAct ethically and support the company's health, safety, environmental, and quality objectives.\nSkills & Experience\n\nEssential\nPrevious warehouse supervisory experience.\nStrong communication, organisation, and time management skills.\nComputer literacy and experience with warehouse systems.\nAbility to work under pressure and lead by example.\nTeam-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused approach.\nQualifications\nSupervisory Training.\nFull UAE Driving Licence.\nForklift Licence.\nManual Handling certification.\nExperience
