It can land on short airstrips, enabling on-demand point-to-point flights and autonomous logistics even to the most remote locations that would otherwise take days to reach over ground or sea.\nWe are starting with domestic air networks in Europe, bringing back to life the multitude of small airfields that are often unused, boosting local infrastructure and economies.\nRequirements\nThe Role\nWe are looking for a Dimensional Control Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting analysis and action plans aimed at improving and refining all engineering and production processes, ensuring dimensional accuracy and quality across the production lifecycle.\nThe Responsibilities:\nUse company and industry standard processes and tools to plan, design, manage, and utilize gauges for measurement of components and assemblies.\n\nApply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T) principles.\n\nInterpret data from inspection equipment and recommend responses.\n\nEnsure gauge calibrations, certification, and repeatability and reproducibility.\n\nDetermine locators and measuring points.\n\nDevelop dimensional, product, and process control plans.\n\nDefine and conduct machine process capability analysis.\n\nApply engineering principles and analytical techniques to establish and continuously improve manufacturing processes and products.\n\nDevelop action plans to investigate and prioritize quality concerns and verify corrective actions on internal and supplier processes.\n\nLead variability reduction and lean manufacturing initiatives and best practices.\n\nControl the critical inputs to the production process.\n\nSupport daily production, working closely with the production team to drive all engineering actions across the machining/assembly line.\n\nPerform measurement systems analysis and variable data analysis.\n\nYour Qualifications:\nHigher education in the engineering field.\n\nMinimum 1 year of relevant work experience.\n\nComputer literacy and good command of English.\n\nKnowledge of work-related processes and quality control methodologies.\n\nExperience with measurement and inspection equipment.\n\nFamiliarity with GD&T principles and industry standards.\n\nAnalytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.\n\nAttention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.\n\nWhat We Offer:\nA competitive compensation package for a Series A company.\n\nLots of opportunities for personal and professional growth on a global level.\n\nTons of work, zero office politics -
