Answers that could be about any company will not pass.\nThe role\nWe are Drop Zero Digital, a lifecycle marketing agency. We are hiring one person who is good at deciding. Our AI image service is our fastest-growing service, and whichever area you own, you will be helping it grow.\nYou will own one named area. Which one is decided during the trial rather than now, based on what you turn out to be strong at. It will be one of these two:\nThe hiring machine. How we find, screen and hire people. Running the funnel end to end, sourcing, chasing, scheduling, keeping our tracker honest, and telling us when the process itself is broken.\nClient delivery operations. How work gets planned, briefed, chased and shipped for our clients. Holding timelines, briefing the team properly, and making sure nothing quietly stalls.\nBoth are the same job underneath: you notice what has slipped, you decide what to do, and you close it without being asked.\nThis is not an assistant job and it is not a coordinator job. You will make real calls every day, and you will be judged on the quality of those calls rather than on how much you got through.\nWe are building a team of people who decide well without being managed. If you want to be told what to do each morning, this job is not for you.\nWhat we are looking for\nYou make decisions and you own them, including the ones that go wrong.\nYou can tell which calls are yours and which are not, and you get that split right in both directions.\nYou take feedback as information and change, without folding on something you have good reason to believe.\nYou get better fast. We would rather have someone at seventy percent climbing than someone flat at eighty five.\nYou spot when something is failing and say so, including when it is our process and not your work.\nYou write clearly and honestly, especially about problems.\nOn experience\nWe do not ask for a number of years. We check your work history against what you tell us, and a false answer ends the application.\nWhatever employment you do list, we verify: employer, dates, title and paid status, evidenced by contract and payslips, in one exchange. You need to have held a full-time job at some point in the last 12 months. Beyond that there is no minimum, and a short history costs you nothing here. Misrepresenting the history you do have is disqualifying. Tell us the true version and you will not be penalised for it.\nHow the process works, and we tell you all of it now\nApplication with a short Loom video. Research us first.\nA short test by email: one real decision task, your internet speed, your computer, and a paragraph on your work history.\nA 15 minute call with the founder.\nA recorded video interview. One take, no re-records. We verify the work history you've told us about.\nAptitude tests. These inform us, they do not decide.\nA paid trial of six to eight weeks doing the real job.\nThe trial is where the decision actually gets made, including which of the two areas you end up owning. From the first week you will be making calls on live work, and we will tell you straight how each one landed. It is paid from day one: half rate for the first two weeks while you find your feet, full rate from week three onward, and a completion payment when you finish the trial, whether or not we hire you. If we stop early, you are paid for the days you worked.\nRequirements\nBased in Poland.\nBenefits\n2100 USD per month from day one, set by responsibility and demonstrated capability, not by how long you have worked.\nOn top of that:\nA one-month annual bonus.\n15 days of paid leave a year, rising with tenure, plus your own country's public holidays.\nPaid sick leave.\nA health allowance.\nA coworking allowance.\nResponsibility and pay move quickly here for people who earn them. Authority over decisions that reach a client moves slowly and deliberately, and it is earned on a track record rather than on a good first month.
