Running the funnel end to end, sourcing, chasing, scheduling, keeping our tracker honest, and telling us when the process itself is broken. Client delivery operations. How work gets planned, briefed, chased and shipped for our clients. Holding timelines, briefing the team properly, and making sure nothing quietly stalls.
