Exceptional attention to detail is a must to maintain database integrity and ensure the accuracy of employee equity and demographic records.\nResponsibilities\nAdminister equity transactions, including restricted stock unit(RSU)releases and new equity award grants, in accordance with SOX controls, while maintaining complete and accurate documentation\nReconcile equity award activity across company, broker, and transfer agent records on an ongoing basis\nSupport SOX compliance, quarterly reviews, and year-end audits by collaborating with internal and external auditors and the global Finance team\nDevelop employee communications and educational materials to help participants understand the equity program and the value of their awards\nProvide timely, accurate support to employees, management, and other stakeholders on equity plan questions\nAssist with preparing and filing SEC Forms 3, 4, and 5 and supporting proxy statement disclosures, as needed\nSupport the maintenance of the Workday-Shareworks integration, including monitoring data accuracy and resolving discrepancies\nRequirements\n1-3 years of experience in equity administration or equity compensation consulting\nGeneral knowledge of GAAP accounting, payroll processes, and basic taxation principles\nStrong analytical and organizational skills\nExcellent attention to detail\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with the Shareworks equity administration platform\nKnowledge of applicable SEC regulations, Section 16 reporting requirements, and trading window administration\nCompletion of Level 1 or higher of the Certified Equity Professional(CEP)\nDurable Skills\nAI fluency means using these tools to amplifyhuman judgment, not replace it.
