We're building the core team around our cofounders (Parry, Jonny and Dan) and Mohit, our Engineering Manager and Phrasee's first engineer. You'll report to Mohit.\n\nWhat you'll be testing\n\nSetlist, Radar, Riff, AuthorDNA, Campaigns, Conversations, Backstage and Analytics: everything a sales or marketing team uses to work out what to do on LinkedIn, and then do it. We ship fast, with a lot of help from AI. That's exactly why we need someone looking at it all through the customer's eyes.\nHow we think about quality\n\"Customer-first, always.\" Engineers check that things work. You check that they make sense to the person using them.\n\"Human-first AI, not AI-first humans.\" Use AI for whatever helps. Never outsource your judgement.\n\"Spend 55 minutes on the problem.\" A clear, reproducible bug report beats ten vague ones.\n\"A check must be able to fail.\" A test you've never seen go red proves nothing.\nWhat you'll own\nBeing the customer's eyes. Use Drumbeat end to end like a real user, and find what's broken, confusing or unintuitive.\nTesting new work. Try MVPs early, and do hands-on testing of meaningful or higher-risk changes before they go live.\nExploring. Protected time to explore the existing product, analyse how people use it, and find the things nobody has thought to test.\nClear findings. Written up with screenshots and a priority, so the team knows what to fix first.\nAutomated tests. Build Playwright tests for our key journeys, and reproduce bugs customers report.\nYour experience\n4+ years in QA or testing, at a product company (not an outsourcing firm), preferably B2B SaaS.\nTime at a smaller company, so you know how to get stuck in.\nA product-minded tester who uses the product like a real user.\nClear written English.\nBonus: hands-on Playwright or similar browser automation.\nWhere you'll work\nDelhi / NCR.
