This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of the business and supporting the company's overall growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to system management. \nWhat You’ll Do\nManage, support and maintain NetSuite system configurations, including customizations and workflows.\nManage integrations into and from NetSuite from tools like Celigo, Salesforce.\nBuild relationships with key finance stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize NetSuite for business processes.\nMaintain and manage customizations for NetSuite modules to meet business requirements.\nDevelop and maintain custom fields, records, and workflows.\nCreate and manage user roles, permissions, provisioning, access controls and data security.\nAssist with data import and exports, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.\nRecommend solutions for systems improvements.\nDevelop and maintain custom reports, suitelets and dashboards.\nProvide ongoing support to users, troubleshooting issues and answering questions.\nProvide user training for user roles.\nStay up-to-date on NetSuite features, enhancements and best practices.\nManage NetSuite business process improvements, projects and ensure delivery of projects outlined in the NetSuite roadmap.\nWhat Makes You a Great Fit\n5-8 years experience as NetSuite administrator\nCurrent NetSuite Certified Administrator qualification\nExceptional understanding of NetSuite core functionalities.\nExperience in implementing and configuring NetSuite modules.\nProficiency in creating custom fields, records, and workflows\nTechnical experience with modern API methods, SQL and the development of complex systems at scale\nFamiliarity with NetSuite Suitescript is a plus.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC.\nWhy You’ll Love Working Here\nInnovation is how we operate, not a side project. The total compensation package for this position may also include other incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, and equity.
