This role oversees digital marketing, brand management, content, public relations, and events while working closely with Sales and other departments to ensure marketing efforts align with company objectives.\nKey Responsibilities\nDigital Marketing\nDevelop and execute digital marketing strategies across social media, email, paid advertising, website, and content marketing.\nCreate and optimize campaigns focused on brand awareness, lead generation, engagement, and website traffic.\nMonitor marketing KPIs, campaign performance, conversion rates, and ROI.\nManage marketing automation, CRM, and digital analytics platforms.\nBrand Management\nMaintain and strengthen drvn's brand identity, messaging, and positioning.\nEnsure consistency across marketing materials, digital channels, and customer touchpoints.\nDevelop messaging that differentiates drvn within the ground transportation industry.\nMonitor industry trends, competitors, customer feedback, and brand perception\nTrade Shows & Events\nPlan and coordinate trade shows, conferences, and industry events.\nManage event logistics, booth materials, presentations, promotional collateral, and marketing support.\nPartner with Sales on pre-event outreach and post-event lead follow-up.\nEvaluate event performance and lead-generation results.\nPublic Relations & Content\nManage marketing and PR content, including social media, website content, press releases, presentations, and sales materials.\nIdentify opportunities for thought leadership, industry publications, speaking engagements, and media exposure.\nMonitor media coverage and brand sentiment\nLeadership & Marketing Operations\nManage marketing projects, priorities, timelines, vendors, and external partners.\nIdentify opportunities to improve marketing processes, systems, and department efficiency.\nProvide leadership with regular updates on marketing initiatives, performance, and results.\nTeam Collaboration\nThe Marketing Manager will work closely with Sales, Business Development Professionals, Lead Generations/Appointment Setting, Account Coordinators, Operations, and Leadership to ensure marketing initiatives support revenue growth and overall company objectives.\nLead Generation / Appointment Setting\nAlign on target audiences, industries, and lead-generation strategies.\nProvide campaigns, messaging, and marketing resources that support prospecting.\nReview lead quality and campaign performance to improve conversion rates.\nBusiness Development Professionals\nDevelop campaigns and sales materials that support customer acquisition.\nGather feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity.\nCoordinate marketing support for prospect meetings, trade shows, and industry events.\nAccount Coordinators\nGather customer feedback and identify opportunities for testimonials, case studies, and success stories.\nSupport customer communication and engagement initiatives.\nMaintain consistent brand messaging throughout the customer experience\nEnterprise Sourcing Specialist\nEquip new-business sales teams with warm, pre-qualified enterprise opportunities, executive meeting bookings, and key decision-maker context.\nTransfer vetted leads, enterprise meeting notes, and prospect requirements into sales pipelines via structured handoff workflows.\nProspect on-site at industry trade shows and sales events to qualify and pass high-value enterprise contacts to sales reps.\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nThe Marketing Manager will also partner with Operations, Technology, Finance, HR, and Leadership on company initiatives, communications, events, and strategic projects while ensuring marketing activities remain aligned with drvn’s overall business goals.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.\n5+ years of marketing experience, preferably within transportation, logistics, hospitality, technology, or B2B Services.\nProven experience developing and executing digital marketing, brand, lead generation, and content strategies.\nStrong knowledge of SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, paid advertising, and content marketing.\nExperience with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and digital analytics platforms.\nExperience planning or supporting trade shows, conferences, and corporate events.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to measure campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations.\nExcellent verbal and communication skills.\nStrong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with Sales, Operations, Leadership, and external partners.\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and adapt quickly to changing business priorities.\nThis is an on-site position at Coral Gables,
