DRW is a place of high expectations, integrity, innovation and a willingness to challenge consensus.\nWe are seeking a Cloud Performance Engineer to work with technology teams across the firm to build high-performance cloud solutions for trading workloads. You will join the Cloud Performance Team, working alongside cloud engineers, software developers, Linux- and network engineers to optimize performance end to end.\nThe ideal candidate draws on experience in cloud technology, systems engineering, networking and automation.\nWhat you will do in this role:\nDesign and implement cloud and hybrid cloud architectures for latency-sensitive trading workloads.\nBuild and maintain systems that continuously monitor the latency characteristics of distributed hybrid workloads.\nWork on orchestration tooling for provisioning cloud resources as well as networking configurations and server-side processes\nBuild backend systems for collecting performance metrics and tooling to query it\nRequired Qualifications:\n4+ years of experience working with Amazon Web Services (AWS), with deep knowledge of networking and compute services (EC2, VPC, Direct Connect).
