DRW is a place of high expectations, integrity, innovation and a willingness to challenge consensus.\nAs a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional candidate and employee experience across the APAC region. This hybrid role combines recruitment coordination with HR operational support, coordinating interview scheduling, supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining HR documentation and employee records and ensuring that recruitment and HR activities are completed in an accurate and efficient manner. \nWorking closely with Recruitment, HR and business stakeholders, you will coordinate hiring activities and support day to day HR operations. Your attention to detail, organizational skills and proactive approach will help to ensure a positive experience for both candidates and employees. \nWhat You'll Do \nTalent Acquisition & Recruitment Coordination \nCoordinate and schedule interviews across multiple teams, departments and locations, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and interviewers. \nServe as the primary point of contact for candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and external vendors throughout the interview process. \nManage interview logistics for both virtual and onsite interviews, including technical assessments, coding interviews, and project-based evaluations. \nMonitor interview schedules and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts or last-minute changes. \nSupport candidates during the interview process by providing timely communication, ensuring a positive candidate experience. \nCoordinate candidate travel arrangements and partner with internal travel teams as needed. \nAssist candidates with expense reimbursement processes and provide guidance on required documentation. \nMaintain accurate candidate and requisition data within Greenhouse and Workday. \nSupport recruitment events, including Super Days, hiring initiatives, and other talent acquisition programs. \nAssist with special projects, process improvements, and recruiting operations and reporting initiatives. \nOnboarding & Employee Experience \nSupport the onboarding process for new hires and contractors, ensuring a smooth transition from candidate to employee. \nPartner with cross-functional teams including HR Operations, Compliance, Technology, and Workplace to coordinate onboarding logistics. \nCoordinate weekly orientation schedules, invitations, and onboarding communications. \nDeliver new hire orientation sessions, introducing employees to company culture, policies, programs, and benefits. \nAct as a trusted resource for new hires, helping them to navigate their transition into DRW and ensuring a positive onboarding experience. \nHR OperationsSupport\nServe as the local, in-region point of execution for HR Operations workflows requiring a Singapore-based presence - completing assigned transactions and documentation under the direction of the centralised teams\nPartner with the Immigration team to carry out in-country steps, coordinating with employees, internal stakeholders, and external providers as needed\nProvide local context on Singapore-specific requirements and timelines, escalate gaps or process friction to the appropriate owners\nWhat We're Looking For \n2-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Coordination, HR Operations, or a related HR function. \nStrong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. \nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a candidate and employee first mindset. \nExperience working with HRIS and ATS platforms such as Workday and Greenhouse. \nAttention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality. \nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams. \nExperience supporting onboarding and employee lifecycle processes. \nProficient in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of basic reporting tools. \nKnowledge of Singapore employment regulations, Ministry of Manpower (MOM) requirements, work pass administration, and HR compliance practices is highly preferred. \nWhy Join Us \nThis role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure across both Talent Acquisition and HR Operations while partnering with stakeholders across the APAC region.
