Улучшение архитектуры, разработка новой логики приложений;
Написание unit-тестов для нового фукнционала;
Поддержка выпущенных версий продукта;
Участие в рефакторинге, оптимизации существующего кода.

Что вам для этого нужно:

Знание C++ (11,14,17);
Знание STL;
Понимание базовых структур данных и алгоритмов;
Понимание принципов объектно-ориентированного программирования;
Опыт разработки многопоточных приложений.

Хорошим плюсом будет:

Высшее техническое образование;
Знание архитектуры Windows, WinAPI;
Опыт работы с Git.;
Опыт разбора и анализа аварийных дампов (WinDbg);
Опыт работы в среде Visual Studio.
