Schedules and monitors medication appointments.\n2. Provides injections.\n3. Provides assistance to doctors.\n4. Constructs medication treatment plans.\n5. Assists with client chart documentation and other types of recordkeeping.\n6. Facilitates family support and education for chronically mentally ill (ICM) clients.\n7. Monitors and records medication side effects.\n8. Maintains inventory of medications.\n9. Calls pharmacies and insurance companies for authorizations.\n10. Files all lab reports and nursing documentation.\n11. Facilitates process for clients’ lab studies and annual medical examinations; monitors and reports anomalies.\n12. Co-facilitates medication education groups with the doctors.\n13. Observes all clients for movement disorders and monitors all such clients.\n14. Observes all medication clients for neurological disorders and monitors all clients with such symptoms.\n15. Fills out forms requesting information from doctors.\n16. Responsible for patient assistance program and Risperdol consta.\nADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:\n1.
