Our TMS community consists of just over 300 people who are spread internationally across APAC, LATAM, EMEA and NA.\nAbout the role\nTMS Global is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Manager to join our client team in Melbourne on a permanent basis. This is a hybrid role, requiring an on-site presence with our client in Melbourne at least two days per week, with the remainder of your time spent working from home.\nAs an Account Manager at TMS, you will be responsible for the operational management of campaigns, projects and jobs, ensuring the successful delivery of work across our Display contract portfolio. You will provide exceptional operational support to our clients, lead and support your team, and play a key role in the retention, development, and compliance of assigned contracts.\nKey responsibilities include:\nManage operational financial performance for campaigns, projects, and jobs.\nDrive cost efficiencies and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and Gainshare value creation.\nEnsure contractual commercial obligations are met.\nAssign work to Production Support, ensuring compliance and operational management.\nProvide technical and operational support to client stakeholders.\nManage vendor performance to ensure client requirements and service level agreements are consistently met.\nSupport the implementation of new service lines into assigned accounts.\nEnsure contract compliance, best practices, and service execution.\nMaintain accurate data and reporting to support internal and client management information requirements.\nIdentify and create innovative solutions and opportunities within assigned contracts.\nWork with the Client Services Director to present compelling proposals to enhance and develop TMS offerings.\nTo be successful in this role, you will have:\nProven experience in Print, POS and Display environments.\nExpertise in managing print management strategies, planning, budget, and cost management.\nComprehensive understanding of design to enable implementation of creative solutions.\nProven service delivery experience in an account management setting.\nProven ability to identify challenges and deliver effective alternative solutions.\nStrong technical understanding of Print and Display categories.\nExperience managing multi-campaign/multi-job projects with multiple service line elements.\nAbout you\nYou will be an experienced and driven professional with a proven track record in the print and display industry.
