This is an opportunity to join a growing global organisation at a pivotal stage in its transformation journey, working with international teams to deliver meaningful change across the business.\nReporting to the Digital Enablement Lead, this role is based remotely in the UK with occasional travel required.\nKey Responsibilities Include:\nBusiness Analysis\nLead discovery activities across business and technology teams to define problems, opportunities and solution requirements \nElicit, analyse, document and prioritise business, functional, integration and data requirements \nProduce high-quality artefacts including \nBusiness requirements documents (BRDs) \nUser stories and acceptance criteria \nProcess Maps (As-is and to-be) \nData Flows \nBusiness Rules \nUse Cases \nSME engagement to capture AS-IS and determine TO-BE solutions \nGap analysis to identify business and system change requirements \nWorkshop Facilitation & Stakeholder Alignment\nDesign and facilitate workshops involving all levels of stakeholders, technical teams and operational users \nLead requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis and solution design workshops \nFacilitate decision-making to achieve agreed outcomes \nPresent findings, options and recommendations to senior leadership audiences \nSolution Delivery\nWork with technical teams to design effective solutions that enhance business performance and customer experience \nDefine success criteria and support benefit realisation \nSupport testing and business validation activities \nContribute to system and data integration initiatives \nChange & Adoption\nIdentify and support change management activities \nDevelop training materials \nDrive user adoption and post-implementation reviews \nAbout you\nYou are a naturally curious and analytical professional who enjoys working in evolving environments. You are confident in facilitating workshops with a wide variety of stakeholders at all levels of seniority. You can understand complex business challenges, build strong stakeholder relationships, and drive meaningful change through technology and process improvement.\nProven experience in a Business Analyst role within IT, digital transformation, or similar environments \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions \nExtensive experience facilitating requirements workshops with up to senior leadership level stakeholders \nProven track record in producing requirements artefacts \nFamiliarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies \nExperience within FMCG, print management, supply chain, or similarly fast-paced operational environments would be advantageous. \nProficiency with tools such as M365, Visio, and other business analysis or mapping tools \nAn understanding of ERP platforms and their role in supporting business processes would be beneficial. \nExperience using data analysis and reporting tools is desirable; business analysis certifications would be advantageous. \nIf you're excited by the opportunity to play a key role in a global digital transformation programme and collaborate with international teams across the business, we'd love to hear from you.
