This is a unique opportunity to influence pricing strategy within a truly international business environment.\nThis role is offered on a Hybrid basis on a 12 month fixed term contract.\nWorking closely with Sales, Procurement and Commercial Finance teams, you'll develop benchmarking models and provide commercial analysis to support contract renewals, RFP activity, raw material indexation and strategic pricing decisions across our global business.\nKey Responsibilities:\nCommercial Strategy & Planning\nAnalyse customer, supplier and market pricing data to generate actionable insights that support informed commercial decision-making.\nEnsure pricing decisions align with margin objectives, customer agreements and overall commercial strategy.\nMonitor raw material indices and market trends, providing insight and recommendations on potential pricing impacts.\nIdentify opportunities to improve pricing performance, operational efficiency and commercial effectiveness.\nProcess & Systems Optimisation\nDrive automation initiatives and process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy and scalability across commercial operations.\nManage the implementation of contract events within internal systems, including contract anniversaries and raw material index (RMI) adjustments.\nDevelop, enhance and maintain pricing models, ensuring effective deployment and adoption across the business.\nInternal Support & Governance\nPartner with implementation and account teams on contract execution, onboarding and pricing-related issue resolution.\nProvide data management, pricing administration and commercial policy support to sales and finance teams.\nProvide Operations and Shared Service teams with the tools, data and guidance required to ensure accurate and consistent product pricing.\nEnsure adherence to internal controls and commercial governance processes, reporting any identified risks to senior management.\nAbout You\nWe're looking for a commercially minded analyst who enjoys solving complex problems, uncovering insights from data, and influencing business decisions. You'll be comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrix organisation, collaborating with stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies while balancing attention to detail with a focus on commercial outcomes.\nThe ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:\nFluency in English, written and spoken is a standard requirement. \nA background in the Packaging industry, with Print experience is essential.\nProven experience within pricing and commercial analytics\nStrong experience developing and maintaining pricing models and analytical tools.\nStrong understanding of commercial pricing methodologies, supply chain dynamics and operational delivery.\nExcellent stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering across commercial, finance and operational teams.\nAdvanced Excel skills, including modelling and data analysis.\nExperience using Power BI or similar visualisation tools would be advantageous.\nIf you're excited by the opportunity to influence commercial strategy, work with global stakeholders and turn data into business impact, we'd love to hear from you.\n“To achieve our aim of being among the most successful, sustainable and responsible companies in the world, we aim to build a diverse, motivated, and engaged workforce.
