In this role, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring payments are collected in a timely manner and helping to maintain healthy cash flow across the business. You'll work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve queries, reduce aged debt, and provide valuable reporting that supports business decision-making.\nThis is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong relationships, solving problems, and making a real impact within a fast-paced international business.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring payments are collected in line with agreed terms.\nPerform collection activities in accordance with DS Smith's Group Credit Policy.\nInvestigate and resolve customer invoice and payment queries efficiently.\nMaintain accurate sales ledger records and account reconciliations.\nProduce monthly customer statements and support reporting requirements.\nMonitor and reduce overdue debt while supporting the achievement of cash collection targets.\nBuild positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.\nIdentify opportunities to improve credit control processes and drive greater efficiency within the team.\nProvide accurate and timely information to support senior management reporting.\nAbout you\nWe’re looking for a confident communicator with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to managing your workload.
