manufacturing operations\nPrepare and analyze monthly financial results, highlighting risks, opportunities, and key business drivers\nMonitor and report key operational and financial KPIs, including productivity, efficiency, waste, and cost performance\nPerform manufacturing cost analysis and variance analysis to support operational decision-making\nPrepare management reports, financial analyses, and performance dashboards for leadership teams\nPartner with Plant Management and business stakeholders to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve profitability\nSupport strategic planning activities through insightful financial analysis and recommendations\nCAPEX Planning & Investment Control\nCoordinate CAPEX planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities\nEvaluate investment proposals through financial analysis, ROI calculations, payback assessments, and business case reviews\nTrack approved CAPEX projects and monitor financial performance against approved budgets\nEnsure compliance with corporate CAPEX approval processes and investment governance requirements\nSupport effective investment decision-making and asset utilization across the organization\nFinancial Control & Governance\nSupport month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities\nEnsure compliance with company policies, financial controls, and internal governance requirements\nSupport internal and external audits by providing relevant financial information and documentation\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives, reporting standardization, and finance transformation projects\nYour Profile\nUniversity degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field\nExperience in financial controlling, financial analysis, FP&A, or manufacturing finance\nStrong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes\nExperience with CAPEX planning, investment evaluation, and project monitoring\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nAdvanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)\nAbility to translate financial data into actionable business insights\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills\nExcellent English language skills, both written and spoken\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively across
