assurer le respect des standards Groupe.\nStructurer et optimiser les processus de support (ticketing, escalade, résolution d'incidents).\nConduire les projets d'infrastructure et de transformation IT.\nGérer le budget infrastructure et contribuer à la feuille de route technologique.\nEncadrer et accompagner les équipes techniques.\nProfil recherché :\nBac+5 en Informatique, Systèmes ou Réseaux.\n7 à 10 ans d'expérience en infrastructure IT, systèmes ,réseauxet télécom.\nExpérience confirmée dans des fonctions de management ou de coordination technique.\nAnglais indispensable.\nEnvironnement technique :\nWindows Server, Linux, Oracle, SQL Server, Cisco (LAN/WAN, MPLS, SD-WAN, VPN), VMware, Hyper-V, Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, Veeam, Cohesity.\nLes atouts pour réussir :\nFaire preuve de leadership, d’engagement et d’une forte proximité avec les opérations.\nAdopter une approche orientée service, proactive et tournée vers l’amélioration continue.\nValoriser
