You will support end users, maintain IT equipment, contribute to infrastructure improvements, and participate in both local and Nordic IT projects.\nThis is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their IT career who enjoys solving technical challenges, working closely with users, and developing their skills in a modern and international IT environment.\nPrincipal Responsibilities and Accountabilities\nEnd User Support\nProvide second and third-line technical support to users.\nTroubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.\nManage user accounts, permissions, and access requests.\nEscalate complex issues when required.\nIT Operations\nSupport infrastructure projects, including network improvements and hardware lifecycle management.\nProvide support during IT incidents and service outages.\nInstall, configure, replace, and maintain IT equipment.\nSupport IT asset inventory, procurement, and disposal activities.\nSupport requests for vulnerability patching and configuration.\nMicrosoft 365 Administration\nAssist with account management within the M365 environment.\nSupport collaboration and productivity tools.\nDocumentation and Compliance\nCreate and maintain technical documentation.\nCreate and update support procedures and user guides.\nEnsure compliance and promote awareness of IT security policies.\nSupport compliance and audit-related activities.\nProject Support\nParticipate in local and Nordic IT projects.\nAssist with testing deployment activities.\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance IT service delivery.\nAbout You\nWe are looking for someone who enjoys helping others and is passionate about technology. You are organised, service-minded and eager to learn. You communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels and enjoy working collaboratively to solve problems.\nYou have gained at least 1-2 years of experience in IT support, service desk, or a similar technical role, with exposure to Microsoft 365, ticket management systems, and Active Directory. In addition, you take ownership of your work, have a structured approach to troubleshooting and are motivated by delivering reliable and efficient IT support in a fast-paced environment.\nWhether you have recently started your IT career or already gained some experience in a support role, you are keen to continue growing your technical expertise while contributing to the success of the business.\nYou hold a degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in Information Technology.\nDesired Skills & Qualifications\nKnowledge of Windows operating systems.\nKnowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and services.\nExperience installing and configuring IT hardware.\nBasic understanding of networking concepts.\nFamiliarity with troubleshooting methodologies.\nUnderstanding of incident and request management processes.\nExperience with ticketing systems.\nBasic awareness of ITIL principles.\nExperience with Windows Server enviroments, SAP or ERP systems, and VPN/remote access tool knowledge is a plus!
