The person in this role will be responsible for taking updates from numerous places and turning them into clear, accurate, and relevant communications that keep sellers up to date. The Communications Coordinator will also be responsible for writing, editing, and compiling other dealer resources and reports.\nThis role is perfect for someone who is a strong writer and editor, thrives in a fast-paced environment, is driven to do excellent work, and who understands how to meet firm deadlines.\nTravel or office requirement: This position will work in our Richardson office 5 days a week.\nResponsibilities\nDeveloping and maintaining a working knowledge of our partners and our residential and commercial sales channels.\nCreating and distributing communications for both internal and external audiences and using knowledge of our partners and sales channels to make sure the content is clear, relevant, and impactful to each audience.\nCoordinating with DSI’s internal sales operations, training, marketing, and creative teams to create and maintain partner-specific dealer guides.\nMonitoring communication performance and providing regular reporting on email engagement and resource utilization.\nIdentifying opportunities to improve communication effectiveness and engagement.\nWorking with the entire Communications team to ensure company communication needs are met efficiently and effectively.\nOther responsibilities as assigned.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, PR, business, or related field.\nExperience preferred in communications, marketing, journalism, PR, business, or related field.\nExcellent written/verbal communication skills, including strong copywriting and content creation abilities.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift quickly.\nComfortable working alone or as part of a team and always capable of meeting firm deadlines.\nWillingness to learn and ability to pick up new topics quickly.\nComputer Skills\nRequired: Microsoft 365 Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.);
