Nous recherchons un Développeur Full Stack Java / React pour participer au développement de fonctionnalités liées aux ressources humaines.

Vos missions

  • Développer des fonctionnalités RH en utilisant le framework de développement de l’organisation.

  • Réaliser les développements back-end en Java et front-end en React.

  • Intégrer des services REST pour exploiter les données exposées par des services web SAP.

  • Comprendre les problématiques des utilisateurs et proposer des solutions adaptées aux contraintes de l’organisation.

  • Communiquer avec les différents interlocuteurs des projets et contribuer à la documentation des développements.

Profil recherché

  • Bonne connaissance de Java, notamment des technologies J2EE, Hibernate et Spring / Spring Boot.

  • Bonne connaissance des technologies web : HTML5, JavaScript et CSS.

  • Bonne connaissance de Python et de la bibliothèque React.

  • Expérience du développement selon les principes d’architecture REST, avec intégration JWT.

  • Maîtrise des pratiques CI/CD et expérience de l’utilisation de pipelines GitLab.

  • Capacité à analyser les besoins utilisateurs et à proposer des solutions adaptées.

  • Bonnes capacités de communication et de rédaction.
