This is an inside retail sales role focused on customer engagement, product education, and closing sales.\nKey Responsibilities:\nEngage customers and promote Brightspeed Fiber and DirecTV products and services in a high-traffic retail location\nExecute sales strategies to attract new customers and grow market share\nEducate customers on the benefits of high-speed fiber internet and premium TV packages\nDeliver personalized service while building trust and long-term relationships\nMaintain compliance and uphold both the retailer’s and partner brands’ standards\nConsistently meet or exceed sales goals\nRetail Sales Associate Qualifications\n High School Diploma or GED (Required) \n 1+ year of retail sales, customer service, or face-to-face sales experience (Preferred) \n At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. \n Strong communication and interpersonal skills \n Comfortable working in a high-traffic retail sales environment \n Ability to perform essential job functions, including standing and walking for the duration of an 8+ hour shift\n Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets \n Basic technology proficiency (POS systems, mobile devices, tablets) \n Flexible schedule availability, including weekends as needed\nNew to retail sales?
