Whether it’s mobility, broadband, video, commercial, residential, Loging & Institutions, Multi Dwelling Units, or all; we are a one-stop solution to help sales partners uncover growth opportunities.\nKey Responsibilities\nAnalyze business and technical requirements to define API integration solutions\nCollaborate with Product Managers, Software Developers, QA Engineers, and business stakeholders to gather API requirements\nDocument API specifications, workflows, request/response models, and technical requirements\nAssist with API design reviews to ensure scalability, performance, security, and maintainability\nTest APIs using tools such as Postman, Swagger, or similar platforms\nSupport third party integrations by providing technical guidance and troubleshooting assistance\nWork with QA teams to validate API functionality during software releases\nAssist in identifying opportunities to improve API standards, governance, and development processes\nEnsure APIs comply with company security, authentication, and data privacy standards\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field\n2 to 5 years of experience working with APIs, software integrations, or technical business analysis\nStrong understanding of RESTful APIs and JSON\nAbility to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nBasic understanding of SQL and relational databases\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nExperience\nExperience with GraphQL APIs\nFamiliarity with API gateways and integration platforms\nExperience working in Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud microservices architecture\nBenefits\nMedical, Dental, Vision, and Life insurance are available on the first day of the month following your first day of employment -
