This is an inside retail sales role focused on customer engagement, product education, and closing sales.\nKey Responsibilities:\nGreet and proactively engage customers in a busy retail sales environment \nIdentify customer needs through consultative selling and active listening \n Educate customers on AT&T wireless products, devices, plans, and services \nDrive retail sales performance by meeting and exceeding sales goals \nProcess transactions, activate service plans, and complete sales accurately \n Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently recommend solutions \n Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale \nMaintain visual merchandising standards and brand compliance \nWork collaboratively with team members to maximize store sales performance\nRetail Sales Associate Qualifications\n High School Diploma or GED (Required) \n 1+ year of retail sales, customer service, or face-to-face sales experience (Preferred) \n At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. \n Strong communication and interpersonal skills \n Comfortable working in a high-traffic retail sales environment \n Ability to perform essential job functions, including standing and walking for the duration of an 8+ hour shift\n Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets \n Basic technology proficiency (POS systems, mobile devices, tablets) \n Flexible schedule availability, including weekends as needed\nNew to retail sales?
