Additional Safety certifications will be an added advantage.\nDegree in Chemical Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering and Diploma in Industrial Safety.\nThrough knowledge of applicable local HSE regulations and Global guidelines like OSHA, ANSI, NFPA etc.\nTeam player, ability to work in matrix Environment and be able to communicate with employees at all levels\nAbility to build trust and confidence with management, with consultation and persuasive skills\nStrategic thinking and leadership skills with proven examples of the same.\nNote:\nWe believe in building strong operational and business understanding from day one. Accordingly, the successful candidate will undertake a structured 4-month immersion program at our Daman Manufacturing Facility.
