Experience in Nutritional Lipids & HMOs is a plus.\nPreferably with good experience in product development/ management in the dietary supplement and health food industry &/or technical product marketing in a relevant field. Experience in a customer-facing business development role will be an added bonus. Experience in Regional or Global organisations, working with multiple stakeholders across geographies and cultures.\nCustomer-centric self-starter, good at working well independently with initiatives. Structured & well-organized. Resourceful, analytical & strong problem-solving skills.\nAbility to multi-task, manage a demanding work schedule (due to cross-regional collaboration needed) to meet specific non-negotiable deadlines.\nStrong organizational and leadership skills - Team player and a Consensus builder both internally and externally.\nProven project management skills across different functions, and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a matrix setup. Professional communication & negotiation skills.
