May work directly with different units, suppliers, customers and/or other teams.\nWork on project schedules, status updates, collecting updates from team members on projects, variance reporting, risk reporting.\nProvide facilitation for project teams, leading control meetings and chartering/planning sessions for medium to large projects.\nMaintain program-level issues/action logs, risk registers, scope change requests/logs, program work plans, and program cost tracking with little follow-up from the Program Management Supervisor.\nBe successful in implementing projects on time, within cost, and within quality targets.\nMaintain and improve processes for generating customer deliverables.\nCapture project information, analyze data from schedule updates (e.g. critical path), work with project team members to resolve logic errors, help explain changes due to updates, and update plan according to actions taken by the project team to resolve schedule problems.\nMake recommendations to the project team to resolve schedule and project cost issues.\nRequirements\nEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:\nBachelor’s Degree required. \n2-3 years of real-world experience managing projects with a background in manufacturing and/or quality.\n\n REQUIRED SKILLS:\nKnowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives.\nKnowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.\nKnowledge of effective planning techniques and ability to contribute to operational (short term), tactical (1-2 years) and strategic (3-5 years) planning in support of the overall business plan.\nKnowledge of business process improvement tools and techniques; ability to understand, monitor, update, control, or enhance existing business or work processes.\nKnowledge of business concepts, tools, and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.\nKnowledge of collaborative techniques; ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.\nKnowledge of reporting tools, techniques and processes for gathering and reporting data; ability to practice them in a particular department or division of a company.\nBenefits\n\n401(k)\nDental insurance\nVision Insurance\nDisability insurance\nEmployee assistance program\nHealth insurance\nHealth savings account\nLife insurance\nPaid time off\nPaid Holidays\nPlease follow the link to our website for a list of job openings in Engineering, IT, Project Management, and more!
