If this sounds like you, please apply!\nEssential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities:\nAssist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing, including invoice entry, vendor payments, and client receipts.\nRecord financial transactions accurately in the accounting system.\nAssist with month-end close tasks under supervision.\nMaintain organized financial files and supporting documentation.\nRespond to internal inquiries related to invoices, payments, and receipts.\nSupport payroll processing by collecting timesheets and validating data.\nAssist with audits by providing requested documentation.\nExpense reports completed accurately and submitted timely.\nCommunicates clearly and effectively in written or oral form with colleagues.\nSeeks guidance when needed to ensure accuracy.\nManages individual tasks with oversight and guidance.\nMeets internal deadlines and escalates challenges promptly.\nDemonstrates developing awareness of timelines and deliverables.\nPerform other administrative and financial duties as assigned.\nMinimum Qualifications & Skill Requirements:\nAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent coursework/experience).\n0-2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred.\nBasic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets; Net or ERP exposure a plus.\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nDSPolitical is proud to offer the following:\nAnnual base salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 depending upon factors including, but not limited to, experience, skill level, education, and location.\nOpen leave (paid time off)\nPaid Leave for new parents\nHealth insurance (including dental and vision)\nFlex Spending Plan\nEmployee Assistance Program\n401K with company matching\nStudent Loan Repayment Program\nProfessional development opportunities\nRewards and recognition programs\nMobile phone & internet reimbursement and much more!\nOffice Hours\nThis position is remote friendly. We work on a hybrid basis at our office locations with many team members working entirely from home.
