If you're passionate, driven, and eager to make an impact-you'll fit right in.\nAbout The Role:\nAs a Senior Data Analyst at Prepit, you will be responsible for analyzing data, building and maintaining ETL processes, ensuring data quality, and delivering insights that drive product and business decisions. You'll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to develop scalable reporting solutions and support a data-driven culture.\nKey Responsibilities\nCollect, clean, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.\nDesign, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines to ensure reliable and timely data availability.\nWrite efficient SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze data.\nBuild and maintain dashboards and reports using Metabase.\nPartner with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to define KPIs and reporting requirements.\nMonitor data quality and implement validation checks to ensure data accuracy.\nPerform ad hoc analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and business insights.\nSupport data modeling and optimize datasets for reporting and analytics.\nDocument data sources, ETL processes, and reporting logic.\nContinuously improve data workflows through automation and process optimization.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.\n+4 years of experience as an Senior Data Analyst or in a similar role.\nStrong proficiency in SQL.\nHands-on experience designing and maintaining ETL/ELT processes.\nExperience working with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar).\nExperience creating dashboards and reports using Metabase.\nGood understanding of data modeling and data warehousing concepts.\nExperience with Python (Pandas) for data analysis or automation is a plus.\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms and modern data
