If you are passionate and driven, you will fit right in.\nAbout The Role:\nThe Sr. Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing the company's general accounting operations, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, and maintaining compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal financial procedures.\nAs the Sr. Accounting Manager, you will manage general accounting activities, oversee trial balance preparation and review, coordinate with external auditors, and handle day-to-day tax-related activities, including tax calculations, inspections, and compliance. You will also ensure the effective implementation of internal controls and accounting procedures across the company's financial operations.\nRequirements\nOversee general accounting operations and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.\nPrepare, review, and ensure the accuracy of trial balances and general ledger accounts.\nCoordinate with external auditors, providing the required documentation and facilitating audit procedures.\nOversee tax-related activities, including tax calculations, inspections, compliance, and day-to-day coordination with relevant tax authorities.\nImplement and monitor internal controls to ensure compliance with financial policies and accounting procedures.\nEnsure the consistent application of accounting procedures and maintain compliance with applicable financial regulations.\nMonitor financial operations to identify discrepancies, mitigate risks, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of accounting records.\nSupport the continuous improvement of accounting processes, controls, and reporting practices.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.\nProven experience in general accounting, financial reporting, tax compliance, and external audit coordination.\nStrong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and internal control frameworks.\nExperience managing trial balances, general ledger accounts, and accounting procedures.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving
