Secretary

You will provide secretarial support to Directors/Deputy Chief Executive. Your responsibilities include:

• Manage schedule and meetings/activities, deconflict meetings with relevant parties, and ensure that schedule is optimised.
• Ensure that meeting materials or other necessary admin tasks are prepared and made available.
• Ensure proper recording, mustering and handling of classified documents and assets.
• Manage office admin and ensure proper functioning of office equipment as required.
• Assist to complete operational tasks such as submitting claims, applying for passes, registering for events.
• Support in admin and logistics tasks as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Good Interpersonal and Communication skills
• Good planning and organisation skills to manage multiple information and tasks at the same time.
• Good IT knowledge and skills to navigate digital tools and systems
• Meticulous and able to work in a fast paced environment
