In liaison with the local operations teams, responsible for the coordinating and monitoring ongoing business operations and improvement initiatives along with assigned RKAM (Regional Key Account Manager) and/or in support of the Operational Account Manager.\nKey Responsibilities:\nServe as the primary liaison between customers and internal stakeholders on all region-wide operational, business process, and service-related matters.\nMonitor, analyze, and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to customers and management, driving process enhancements and operational improvements.\nEnsure all stations comply with established operational procedures, policies, and customer requirements.\nAnalyze existing workflows and develop new processes to improve customer service, operational effectiveness, and productivity.\nInvestigate service failures and operational issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement immediate corrective actions.\nGenerate, consolidate, validate, and distribute operational reports through data scrubbing and Excel-based reporting from local stations and internal systems.\nMonitor shipment movements through track-and-trace activities and manage Event Management exception reporting to ensure proactive issue resolution.\nFacilitate daily operational meetings and provide timely updates to both internal and external customers.\nPerform end-to-end monitoring of shipment status from order initiation through final delivery, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).\nCoordinate and manage direct deliveries and in-stock hub deliveries to data centers, ensuring timely and accurate execution.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance operational processes, service quality, and reporting capabilities.\nKnowledge & Skills\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.\nAdvanced data analysis and reporting (Excel, Power BI).\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience with automation tools or digital transformation initiatives is a plus.\nEducation & Training\nBachelor’s degree or above in business/freight forwarding or related disciplines.\nExperience\nMinimum 8 years of operational working experience in global forwarding / logistics company.\nPersonal Characteristics\nHigh level of integrity and professional working standards.\nInternational mindset.\nPresentable and articulate.\nAble to work under pressure.\nHigh level of attention to details.\nResult-oriented and customer-focused.\nDSV - Global transport and logistics\nWorking at DSV means playing in a different league.\nAs a global leader in transport and logistics, we have been on an extraordinary journey of growth.
