Your role involves processing billing audits, resolving standard billing issues, and supporting the billing team.\nDuties and Responsibilities\nEnsure accuracy and completeness of billing data, including rates, charges, and contract terms.\nReview billing data and reports to identify discrepancies and support process improvement.\nConduct regular checks to validate billing accuracy and compliance with contractual agreements.\nMaintain billing systems, ensuring data integrity and accurate records.\nServe as a point of contact for routine billing inquiries from internal and external stakeholders, escalating complex matters as needed.\nCommunicate billing policies, procedures, and requirements to customers and internal teams as needed.\nInvestigate and resolve standard billing issues, discrepancies, and disputes in a timely and efficient manner.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and global key account managers, to address billing-related matters.\nSupport efforts to streamline billing processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors.\nApply established best practices and standards for billing operations to maintain accuracy and effectiveness.\nPrepare regular billing reports and metrics for management review.\nEducational background / Work experience\nBachelor's degree is preferred in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
