The role works closely with Operations, Customer Service, and Finance teams to ensure billing accuracy, compliance, and customer satisfaction.\nPrepare, validate, and process customer invoices based on approved rates, contracts, and operational documents.\nEnsure invoices are issued accurately and within agreed timelines.\nReview billing transactions and identify discrepancies prior to invoice generation.\nCoordinate with Operations, Customer Service, and Finance teams to validate billing data.\nInvestigate and resolve billing disputes, invoice queries, and customer concerns.\nMonitor unbilled transactions and support revenue leakage prevention initiatives.\nMaintain complete and accurate billing records and supporting documentation.\nPrepare billing, revenue, and operational reports as required by management.\nSupport internal and external audit requirements and ensure compliance with company policies and customer agreements.\nIdentify opportunities to improve billing processes, controls, and efficiency.\nDSV - Global transport and logistics\nWhat moves you?\nAt DSV, we move more than goods.
