Business Development Manager

Responsible for maintaining and developing existing accounts while generating new business opportunities for the company. The role is expected to achieve the KPIs and sales targets set annually by the Regional Head Office (RHO). This position requires close coordination with both internal and external stakeholders.

The role is also responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, monitoring sales pipelines, and handling tender-related activities to support business growth and performance.

1. Sales Strategy and Planning

• Conduct Market Research

  • Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to support strategic business decisions.

• Identify New Clients and Opportunities

  • Proactively seek new business leads and build relationships to expand the customer base.

• Prepare Annual Pipeline Forecast

  • Develop sales and revenue forecasts to support business planning and target achievement.

• Develop and Retain Accounts

  • Strengthen relationships with both existing and prospective clients to drive long-term business growth and customer retention.

2. Client Relationship Management

• Maintain Strong Relationships

  • Regularly engage with both new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and account retention.

• Ensure Business Continuity

  • Build relationships with multiple stakeholders within customer organizations to maintain service continuity and strengthen business partnerships.
