You will bring the right people together, keep actions and decisions moving, and make sure the agreed solution works in practice.\nMost of our customers are large international organizations with complex requirements, meaning every implementation project is tailored to the customer's specific business needs.\nYou will act as the key link between the customer, operations, and our IT teams. This includes translating business needs into clear requirements, coordinating solution design and delivery, driving testing and go-live readiness, and ensuring a structured handover to operation.\nYour key responsibilities will include:\nLeading customer integration projects from initial scoping through testing, go-live, and hypercare\nWorking with the Business Analyst to understand the customer setup and turn business and operational needs into clear requirements\nDocumenting business rules and operational decisions for TMS and related applications\nContributing to and approving the requirements documentation before development starts\nPreparing test cases, coordinating UAT, and making sure issues are followed through to resolution\nCreating and maintaining customer process documentation\nCoordinating go-live activities with branch operations, IT teams, and other involved resources\nSupporting the customer and operational teams after go-live during the hypercare period\nWorking with API, EDI, and platform-based solutions, including monitoring transaction flows and data quality\nKeeping customers, operations, and project stakeholders updated on progress, risks, and open actions\nAbout You\nYou are curious, structured, and solution-oriented. You are comfortable taking ownership, asking the right questions, and keeping progress on track when several teams and dependencies are involved.
