The role ensures compliance with global vertical requirements, supports operational teams, and drives continuous improvement across countries and branches. The position reports directly to the Manager, Group Vertical Compliance Support Team, and collaborates closely with the Vertical Senior Compliance Managers to ensure alignment with the vertical framework, regulatory expectations, and strategic compliance priorities.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Framework Implementation & Support\nImplement and maintain the VerticalQMS across assigned sites or regions\nEnsure full compliance with vertical standards, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements\nSupport alignment with framework updates as directed by the Senior Compliance Manager and SMEs\n2. Training & Capability Development\nDeliver training for teams on VerticalQMS, compliance processes, and operational requirements\nIdentify local training needs and communicate gaps or development needs to the Senior Compliance Manager\nSupport the continued development of current training materials based on experience using the advanced training material and feedback from attendees\n3. Audit & Evaluation Activities\nComplete compliance audits in line with framework requirements\nParticipate in customer, certification, or regulatory audits as required\nSupport close-out of findings and corrective actions; monitor implementation status\n4. Compliance Oversight & Issue Resolution\nEnsure nonconformities, customer complaints, and escalations are addressed promptly and in line with VerticalQMS\nAssist in risk assessments, change controls, and continuous improvement efforts\n5. Stakeholder Alignment & Functional Reporting\nActive team-player able to support and spar with vertical support team\nMaintain strong coordination with the Senior Compliance Manager for guidance, alignment, and prioritisation\nProvide operational feedback to the Senior Compliance Manager to support framework refinement and improvement loops\nCollaborate with vertical leads, support teams, SME groups, and operational stakeholders\n6.
