This role requires a full understanding of the operational flow, strong analytical skills, and the ability to present data effectively (Excel/Spreadsheets). The incumbent will ensure clear communication between the operation and the client, supporting data-driven decision-making\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nAnalyzes e operational data to monitor performance against KPIs and service goals.\nPrepares and presents recurring operational reports for the customer.\nMaintains deep understanding of warehouse operational flow to provide accurate status updates.\nCollaborates with the Operations team to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks or discrepancies.\nSupports the management team with data-driven insights to optimize space, labor, and equipment utilization.\nEnsures all reporting aligns with client-specific SLAs and quality requirements.\nServes as the data-focused liaison for the customer, providing timely operational updates and reports.\nAssists in preparing for operational and business review meetings with key customers\nREQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES\nEducation & Experience:\nHigh school diploma or GED required.
