Req Number: 127764\nTime Type: Full Time\nFacility Operations & Maintenance\nManage day-to-day facility operations and maintenance across assigned warehouse and office facilities.\nOversee building and M&E systems including ACMV/HVAC, electrical, lighting, lifts, dock equipment, plumbing, fire protection systems and BMS.\nPlan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance to maintain equipment reliability and minimise operational downtime.\nConduct periodic facility inspections to identify defects, safety concerns and potential operational risks, and ensure timely rectification.\nSupport emergency breakdowns and critical facility issues when required.\nFire Safety, Compliance & Risk Management\nMaintain good working knowledge of fire safety requirements and applicable regulatory requirements for warehouse and industrial facilities.\nConduct periodic checks and coordinate servicing of fire protection and life-safety systems.\nSupport Fire Certificate requirements, fire drills, inspections and fire-safety compliance activities.\nCoordinate statutory inspections, servicing, licence/permit renewals and authority requirements where applicable.\nManage and ensure compliance with applicable FM insurance standards and risk-control requirements.\nCoordinate insurance/risk inspections and follow up on recommendations and corrective actions.\nVendor & Contractor Management\nManage contractors and service providers, including preparation of Scope of Work (SOW), quotation review, work coordination and performance monitoring.\nEvaluate technical and commercial proposals and provide recommendations for management approval.\nEnsure contractors comply with site safety, Permit-to-Work (PTW/ePTW) and operational requirements.\nMonitor contractor performance, service quality and completion of corrective actions.\nProjects & Financial Management\nParticipate in and manage facility-related projects including A&A works, renovation, reinstatement, equipment replacement and facility improvement works.\nCoordinate project requirements with internal stakeholders, consultants, landlords, contractors and vendors.\nMonitor project scope, schedule, cost, safety and quality through completion and handover.\nManage facility-related CAPEX and OPEX, including budgeting, forecasting, expenditure tracking and cost-control initiatives.\nLandlord & Stakeholder Management\nCoordinate with landlords and property representatives on building maintenance, defects, repair responsibilities, improvement works and lease-related facility matters.\nWork closely with Operations, Procurement, Safety, Security, IT and other stakeholders to support operational requirements and minimise disruption.\nProvide management updates on major facility issues, projects, risks and outstanding matters.\nSustainability, Energy & Water Management\nSupport and drive green initiatives, energy efficiency and sustainability improvements across facilities.\nMonitor electricity, water and utility consumption and identify opportunities for conservation and cost savings.\nMaintain working knowledge of energy and water management principles and support implementation of efficiency initiatives.\nSupport ESG reporting by providing and maintaining relevant facility and utility consumption data.\nSupport applicable BCA Green Mark and other environmental or sustainability initiatives.\nDocumentation & Administratio n\nMaintain facility records including maintenance reports, contracts, quotations, inspection records, drawings and asset information.\nEnsure facility activities and documentation comply with company policies, statutory requirements and internal standards.\nKey Competencies\nExperience in facilities management within warehouse, logistics, industrial or commercial environments.\nGood working knowledge of building and M&E systems.\nUnderstanding of fire safety, workplace safety and statutory compliance requirements.\nKnowledge of energy and water management and sustainability initiatives.\nStrong vendor, contractor and stakeholder management skills.\nAble to manage facility projects, budgets and
