This position will report to the Finance Supervisor and will be responsible for:\nLPMD (Location and Property Master Data):\nThe LPMD data is used for various finance transformation processes, which require accurate business location data.\nRegularly update and maintain the LPMD register for any changes, ensure the high quality of the data.\nManage the semi-annual review of the LPMD register to ensure thoroughness and high data quality\nLease Reporting:\nMaintain lease contracts in the Planon system for the purpose of IFRS16\nPartner with Real Estate and Business Operations to align new leases, lease terminations, and lease extensions\nRent Payment Management:\nProvide instructions to the AP team for the monthly rent related payments\nMake sure all rent-related postings, including annual CAM reconciliations, utility, and service billbacks are posted timely\nEnsure compliance with the lease contracts\nReconcile lease ledgers when necessary\nRetrieve security deposits back when leases end\nBuild relationships with property landlord and management companies as billing point of contact\nFacilitate new vendor account setups as needed when new leases are presented\nESG (Environment, Social, & Governance)/Sustainability Reporting:\nCSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) and ESG are critical to the company’s long-term success\nCollect and analyze ESG data from subject matter experts within DSV\nMeet quarterly deadlines\nPartner with operational sustainability management to ensure reporting details are audited and fully encompassing their efforts with the business \nOther responsibilities:\nMonthly Health & Safety reporting\nTwice-yearly Property Insurance Reporting\nRequirements:\nGood communication skills. You will be in frequent contact with other business stakeholders and management to collect and review the data needed\nGood organization skills. It is very important to be able to meet various deadlines, sometimes conflicting.\nGood analytical skills to resolve problems and be able to identify data quality problems\nBachelor’s degree in finance or accounting\nPrior experience with ESG or lease accounting a plus\nPrior experience with utility invoicing\nSAP financial system knowledge a plus\nPlanon lease management system knowledge a plus\nFor this position, the expected base pay range is $71,760.00 - $75,000.00 .
