Warehouse Operations Management\nOversee daily warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, inventory management, and order fulfilment.\nEnsure operations are executed efficiently, safely, and in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).\nEnsure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards.\nDrive productivity, accuracy, and cost optimization across warehouse processes.\n2. Customer Management & Fronting\nAct as the key point of contact for assigned customers on all operational matters.\nBuild and maintain strong customer relationships through regular engagement and performance reviews.\nUnderstand customer requirements and ensure services are aligned to meet or exceed expectations.\nManage and resolve customer issues, escalations, and service gaps in a timely manner.\nProvide operational insights and performance reports to customers.\n3. Team Leadership & People Management\nLead, coach, and develop warehouse teams, including supervisors and frontline staff.\nBuild a high-performance culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.\nManage manpower planning, resource allocation, and workforce productivity.\nDrive staff engagement, capability development, and succession planning.\n4. Performance Management & Reporting\nEstablish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including productivity, accuracy, turnaround time, and customer satisfaction.\nAnalyze operational data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.\nPrepare and present performance reports to internal stakeholders and customers.\nEnsure consistent achievement of operational and financial targets.\n5. Process Improvement & Transformation\nIdentify process inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives.\nStandardize workflows and implement best practices across operations.\nSupport system implementations or enhancements (e.g., Warehouse Management Systems such as Blue Yonder).\nDrive automation, digitalization, and innovation initiatives where appropriate.\n6.
