He/she will accomplish this through a comprehensive analysis of inventory transactions to identify problems, recommend solutions and drive implementation of improved practices.\nPrincipal Accountabilities (The following is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed. It is not an exhaustive list of all expectations) :\nMaintain inventory data integrity and tracks accuracy of inventory.\nManage all aspects of inventory control from time of purchase to time of sale\nMaintain accurate records of all goods received and shipped, including daily/weekly cycle counts\nIdentify and implement inventory process improvements\nMonitor inventory control processes for compliance to health products Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).\nEnsure cleaning logs are available for the contracted service provider and monitor that the cleaning activities are adequately documented.\nPerform releases/rejections in the inventory control system and physically.\nManage the flow of product for disposal/destruction through the system.\nLiaise with Warehouse staff, Management and Quality Control when required by\nFollow departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).\nKnowledge and Skills (The following minimum requirements are normal guidelines and should not constrain the advancement of otherwise qualified personnel):\n\nMinimum three years of inventory control or related experience\n3-5 years in a fast paced environment with a proven track record\nTeam oriented, able to work constructively and cooperatively with team members as well as with other departments\nGMP trained\nStrong computer skills and proficiency in MS office, specifically excel\nExcellent communication skills\nExcellent accuracy and organization skills complimented by the ability to multi-task and prioritize\nExcellent knowledge of overall warehousing process\nDSV - Global transport and logistics\nWhat moves you?\nAt DSV, we move more than goods.
