With this exciting growth comes opportunity -andwe’relooking for new talent to join us.\nInventory Operator, Nights\nRaunds, Wellingborough\nSun-Thu 10.00pm-6.00am\nDSV are recruiting for a Night Inventory Operator at Warth Park, Raunds.\nReporting to the Inventory Team Lead & Supervisor, the Inventory operative will be responsible for completing daily, weekly, and monthly checks to ensure inventory accuracy as well as ensuring that the operation runs as efficiently and as effectively as possible, with a focus on identifying process, system and stock layout improvements which will increase operational outputs.\nWhat will you be doing?\nActively work on the warehouse floor to ensure good understanding of processes. \nEnsure Locked Inventory is managed as required. \nTo ensure that any auto-generated stock checks are fully investigated and cleared. \nTo manage and monitor replenishment process and effectiveness of pick-faces, making changes where necessary. \nConducting empty location checks \nTo complete PI counts \nTo thoroughly investigate all queries and adjustments prior to any action \nTo complete spot checks on Replenishment activities \nTo complete spot checks on Goods In activities \nInvestigate and report the reasons for unidentified inventory and return to stock \nEnsure all stock is in appropriate zones \nSupport with reporting and data analysis \nTo identify and develop process, system and inventory layout improvements. \nTo deliver training to operatives for basic system activities \nComplete any additional task as requested by Inventory Supervisor / Inventory Manager \nAbout You\nAble to understand and interpret datasets. \nAble to communicate clearly both written and verbally. \nAble to manage and prioritise workload with ability to work to strict deadlines and timescales. \nAble to adapt to a fast-paced environment. \nVery Good Microsoft Office Skills, particularly Microsoft Excel \nExperience of using CargoWrite or Red Prairie WMS applications with training to Basic Plus level or equivalent \nMHE experience - RT, HLOP (Desirable) Full training will be given \nWhat can we offer you?\nCompetitive Salary Package and an opportunity to be a part of and grow within a driven and successful company, with a team of 160,000, operating in over 90 countries.
