We are looking for an IT Technical Project Manager who will take ownership of IT projects from planning through successful delivery, working with stakeholders across business and technology teams.\nYour responsibilities\nAs an IT Technical Project Manager, you will:\nTake end-to-end responsibility for medium-scale IT projects with direct business impact.\nPlan, coordinate, and monitor projects to ensure delivery within agreed scope, timeline, budget, quality, and resources.\nManage project budgets, track actual spend, identify potential cost overruns, and take corrective actions when needed.\nIdentify, assess, and manage project risks, dependencies, and potential delivery issues.\nMaintain realistic project plans and provide regular, accurate project updates to stakeholders.\nEscalate critical risks, blockers, and decisions to senior management and relevant governance forums.\nManage project change control and ensure formal stakeholder acceptance of delivered solutions.\nLead and coordinate project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and taking appropriate action where delivery or team performance deviates from agreed plans or tolerances.\nBuild strong relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders.\nProactively identify deviations from approved plans and recommend appropriate corrective actions.\nEnsure required quality reviews are completed according to agreed processes.\nWork with different project delivery methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.\nWhat we’re looking for\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.\nMinimum 3 years of experience managing IT projects.\nGood understanding of IT solution delivery processes.\nStrong understanding of Contract Logistics business processes.\nKnowledge of IT demand and portfolio management frameworks.\nAbility to understand and evaluate both business and IT requirements.\nFamiliarity with IT integrations, enterprise applications, and data flows.\nFluent spoken and written English.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nConfidence in working with and presenting to senior stakeholders.\nAbility to negotiate, manage expectations, and align stakeholders with different priorities.\nStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.\nWillingness to travel to client sites and company locations when required.\nGood knowledge of Microsoft Office, including MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.\nIt would be an advantage if you have\nProject Management, Scrum or ITIL certifications.\nExperience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), particularly Blue Yonder.\nKnowledge of EDI and SQL.\nExperience working with Atlassian Jira.\nExperience managing both Agile and Waterfall projects.\nExperience managing international or remote projects.\nExperience communicating with senior or top management.\nKnowledge of the logistics market.\nWhat will help you succeed\nWe are looking for someone who combines strong project management skills with a collaborative and business-oriented mindset.
