Customer Reporting Junior Analyst is responsible for report preparation and sending reports to Customer in the base of defined documentation which includes customer specific requirements, with the highest quality within specific deadline.\nTasks and responsibilities\nCompleting assigned tasks according to deployed Account Setup Forms (ASF) for the enrolled accounts in scope.\nEstablished communication with the Account Owners, Stakeholders and globally located departments.\nUpdating documentation related to the reporting process.\n1st level support for the queries related to the data quality in specific reports.\nWorking on problems/projects from simple to moderate complex scope.\nAuditing reports prepared by other team members to ensure their quality and compliance with established standards.\nProposing improvements/optimizations of performed processes and its implementation once agreed with the supervisor\nReplying to emails within two working days.\nOther tasks requested by the superior\nCompliance with internal regulations, procedures, law and manager’s orders, including labor regulations, regulations on remuneration and other internal regulations in the company.\nBehaviors and attitudes consistent with DSV values.\nProfessional skills development by participation in training and constant self-education\nEducation and skills:\nUniversity Graduate (transportation studies are preferable) or trained Forwarder - preferred\nEnglish language at least at a B2 level\nIntermediate knowledge of MS Excel\nAnalytical skills\nMinimal Work Experience:\nNot required\nDSV - Global transport and logistics\nWhat moves you?\nAt DSV, we move more than goods.
