Please reach out to Human Resources should you require accommodation during the recruitment process.\nLocation: CAN - Milton, Yukon Court\nJob Posting Title: Key Account Manager\nTime Type: Full Time\nCompensation: Salary starting at $67,000 per annum, plus eligible benefits, in accordance with experience and internal equity\n This posting is for an existing vacancy and not intended to create a talent pipeline \nSUMMARY \n\nThe Key Account Manager is responsible for managing and developing the assigned Key Account(s) for the branch as well as meeting the objectives of growth and profitability.\n\nKEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nTo take overall branch development responsibility of the assigned Key Account(s)\nTo promote and sell solutions based on DSV Air and Sea product offering and analyse market trends\nTo increase profitability, share of wallet by cross selling on all products and services\nDevelop multi-level relationships between Key Account and DSV main stakeholders\nCoordinate and monitor all Key Account activities\nIdentify other Supply Chain Solutions opportunities and develop and prepare strategic proposals in collaboration with the Manager\nMaintain updates on key accounts, in CRM tool\nBuild and improve customer relationships, ensuring to address and resolve any key client concerns, involving internal teams as required.\nLead MBRs/QBRs with key accounts\nAct as a team lead in supporting other key account managers on operational and administrative functions\nEnsure full adherence to DSV Global Sales Process\nQuality, Health & Safety:\nPerform assigned tasks to support DSV meets its objectives and targets regarding quality, health, safety and environment and follow all requirements as set out in the DSV Quality Health Safety Environment policy.\nStaff are required to ensure that their day-to-day activities embrace sustainability, Health and safety therefore reducing the impact upon the environment, supporting the communities we work in and reducing incidents in the workplace.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nEducation and Experience\nEducation in supply chain logistics, international transportation, or a related field of study.\nMinimum of 3 years prior Inside Sales experience (remove inside)\nMinimum 5 years of international transportation industry experience or, account management experience\nCIFFA certificate, an asset\nSkills and Competencies\nGood command, both verbal and written, English skills. \nAbility to create collaborative engagements and active listening\nService oriented and able to resolve customer grievances\nStrong interpersonal skills, building professional relationships internally and externally\nStrong problem-solving skills and analytical skills\nAbility to multi-task, plan, prioritize and manage time effectively to meet goals and achieve results\nBoth a team builder and a team-player\nExcellent organizational and time management skills\nBe authentic, approachable, open, and honest\nAct as a role model for DSV values and adhere to the Code of Conduct\nLanguage and Computer Skills\nEnglish is the principal language for this position, additional languages may be required in other locations. \nAbility to communicate effectively in a diverse multicultural environment.\nMicrosoft Office suite\nMicrosoft Dynamics, CRM, an asset\nCargoWise experience, an asset\nPhysical Demands\nProlonged periods sitting and standing at a desk and working on a computer\nOccasional travel may be required\nRegular working hours apply for this position, at times, working beyond these hours may be required by business needs.\nAdditional Notes / Acknowledgment\nDue to the dynamic nature of our industry, your accountabilities and role may change.
