Your key tasks will include:\nArchitecture Leadership & Strategy\nLead solution architecture for strategic Contract Logistics transformation programs\nDefine target-state architectures, technology roadmaps, and transition plans\nDrive application consolidation and technology landscape simplification initiatives\nPartner with Enterprise Architecture and domain teams to establish architectural standards and governance\nEnsure technology decisions balance business value, scalability, security, cost efficiency, and sustainability\nSolution Design & Governance\nTranslate business requirements into architecture blueprints and solution designs\nEnsure compliance with enterprise architecture standards, security requirements, integration principles, and business continuity guidelines\nPromote API-driven, reusable, and loosely coupled solution designs\nGovern complex integrations across modern and legacy platforms\nStakeholder Management\nAct as a trusted advisor to senior business and IT stakeholders\nPresent architecture strategies, recommendations, and roadmaps to leadership teams\nSupport vendor assessments and technology evaluations\nDrive decision-making across global and cross-functional teams\nLeadership & Mentoring\nMentor Solution Architects and senior technical specialists\nPromote architectural best practices and reusable design patterns\nFoster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing\nDelivery & Risk Management\nSupport delivery teams throughout the entire solution lifecycle\nIdentify and mitigate architectural risks and technical debt\nEnsure non-functional requirements such as security, performance, resilience, availability, and cost optimization are addressed\nInnovation & Modernization\nDrive modernization initiatives leveraging cloud technologies, integration platforms, automation, and AI\nChampion cloud-first, API-first, and microservices-based approaches where relevant\nIdentify opportunities to standardize and simplify the Contract Logistics technology landscape\nWhat we are looking for\nWe are looking for an experienced architecture leader who can navigate complex stakeholder environments and confidently influence technology direction at both strategic and operational levels.\nTo succeed in this role, you likely have:\nExtensive experience in IT, including at least 5 years in Solution Architecture, Lead Architecture, or Enterprise Architecture roles\nExperience leading large-scale, global transformation initiatives\nProven track record managing complex application landscapes and consolidation programs\nExperience working within Contract Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, or related industries\nStrong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and modelling approaches such as ArchiMate\nHands-on experience with cloud platforms, integration architecture, security-by-design principles, and IT landscape management\nAbility to influence architecture decisions at programme and portfolio level\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills\nExperience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and Contract Logistics operations will be considered a significant advantage.\nWhat we offer:\nPermanent contract\nPrivate medical care\nEnglish courses - financial or co-financed by company\nFood allowance\nWork schedule 35h/week\nHybrid work\nComprehensive onboarding program\nBuddy \nGood access to public transports \nDSV - Global Transport and Logistics\nTrabalhar na DSV significa trabalhar numa liga diferente.\nComo líder global em transporte e logística, estamos numa extraordinária viagem de crescimento.
